“To help you overcome any difficulties that may arise during product installation and configuration, here are some general suggestions and steps to follow. If you encounter unforeseen situations, please refer to the list below and follow the appropriate instructions:

1.Compatibility: Check that your laptop meets the hardware requirements for scanner operation listed below in the description

2.Initial checks: Make sure all cables are connected correctly and that the device is properly powered. For maximum performance the laptop must be powered from AC, not battery.

3.System settings: Confirm that your Windows is with the original license and has all up to date updates especially drivers

4. WARNING! Graphics card drivers: Download the latest video card drivers from the official website https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/drivers/

5.Installation Instructions: Follow the manuals or installation guides below carefully. The scanner software must be installed on partition C: the same partition where Windows is installed. We recommend Windows 11

6.Further assistance: If all of the above instructions have been followed and the problem persists, contact our support team for specialized help.

Following these guidelines will make your installation and user experience easier and hassle-free.

This laptop is recommended for use with the intraoral scanner due to its superior 3D rendering performance and smooth operation.



Guide for sending equipment for repair under warranty/service:

If you are certain that your equipment falls within the conditions and period of the warranty:

  1. You can send it with a description of the defect to the following address:
    DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L., Str. Dafinului, nr.5, Timișoara, Attention: Warranty/Service Department, via Fan Courier.
    You can call DENTEQUIP at the phone numbers 0770 713 820 / 0772 047 330 / 0725 724 858 and request a pick-up of the package from your address, with the transport cost being covered by DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L., mentioning that it is equipment for which you are requesting warranty coverage.
    To avoid any potential issues regarding compensation for damaged packages during transport, we recommend insuring the packages at the value on the purchase invoice. Please ensure the equipment is properly packed.
  2. You can also deliver it in person to the Warranty/Service Department, from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
    You can check whether the product is under warranty and whether support for shipping is available by using the contact form or at the address contact@dentequip.ro.

WARNING: If the warranty claim is unjustified (i.e., the product is functional), the requester will be required to pay the round-trip shipping fees for the products, as well as any diagnostic costs (as determined by the Warranty/Service Department).

THE BUYER CAN REQUEST THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE STORE DENTEQUIP.RO IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

  1. The products do not conform to the specifications on the website.
    In the event that the buyer, upon receiving the package, believes that the product received does not match the specifications on the website, they should contact the Seller to clarify the issues raised, as the product descriptions on the website may be incomplete due to space and/or information structure limitations. If a clear non-conformity with the specifications on the website is found, the Buyer must report the non-conformity within a maximum of 24 hours, and they may opt for a replacement with another product or a full refund of the amount paid.
  2. Incorrect products were delivered by the Seller.
    In the case of receiving the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, the Buyer must notify the Seller within a maximum of 24 hours to resolve the issue. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer may opt for a replacement with another product or a full refund of the amount paid.
  3. The products are found to be non-functional within the first 48 hours after receipt (two working days).
    The Buyer can report this issue within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt and can request the return of the product for replacement with a new one. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer may opt for a replacement with another product or a full refund of the amount paid.
  4. Consumable products that have been unsealed cannot be returned.
    Regardless of the situation, the product return procedure requires informing the Seller before sending the product, through a message describing the reason for the return, sent to the email address contact@dentequip.ro.

When sending the package, the Buyer may use the following return label template: Form model.

The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, along with all accessories and documents that were included with the products upon delivery. Returns will be refused if the products are damaged or if the Seller determines that the products are unsellable. Products must be returned via the courier service agreed upon by the Seller, to the address of the work point in Timișoara, Str. Dafinului nr. 5.

The Buyer may opt for a full refund of the amount paid or a replacement with another product.

If a replacement with a more expensive product is agreed upon, the Buyer will pay the price difference; if the replacement product is cheaper, the Buyer will receive a partial refund corresponding to the difference in price.

All return and shipping costs will be borne by the Seller.

In accordance with the new ANMDM regulations, the buyer is required to provide the ANMDM control authorities with the CE Certificates, the Declaration of Conformity for each individual medical device, along with the seller’s approval from where the product was purchased.
