Equipment reference guide for warranty/service repair:


If you are certain that your equipment is falls within the conditions and period of the guarantee:

1. You can send it with a description of the defect to:
DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L. , Str. Dafinului, Nr 5, Timișoara, to the attention of the Guarantee/Service department, via courier service.
You can call DENTEQUIP on 0770 713 820, 0772 047 330, 0725 724 858 and ask for the parcel to be picked up from your address, the cost of transport being borne by DENTAL EQUPMENT STORE S.R.L, mentioning that it is an equipment for which you are requesting a guarantee.
In order to avoid possible problems with compensation for parcels damaged in transit, we recommend that you insure your parcels at the value shown on the purchase invoice. Please pack your equipment properly.

2. You can hand it in personally to the Service/Guarantors Department from Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 18:30,
You can check whether or not the product is covered by the warranty and receive shipping support via the contact form or at [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: If the warranty claim is unjustified (functional product), the claimant will pay the turn-around shipping charges for the products and any diagnostic costs (determined by the Service/Garranty Department).
