Warranty and Service Equipment Submission Guide
Section 1: Sending Equipment Under Warranty
If your equipment falls within the warranty conditions and period, follow the steps below to request a repair:
1.Courier delivery
-Send the defective product along with a detailed description of the problem to:
DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L., Str. Dafinului, Nr. 5, Timișoara to the attention of the Warranty/Service Department.
-Contact DENTEQUIP on 0770 713 820 / 0772 047 330 / 0725 724 858 to request a pick-up directly from your address. Transportation is covered by DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L. if the product is under warranty.
-For safety, we recommend insuring the parcel to the value on the purchase invoice and packing it properly to prevent damage during transportation.
2.Personal delivery
-You can bring the product directly to the Service/Warranty Department, Monday through Friday between 9:30 and 18:30.
-If you are not sure whether the product is under warranty, you can check this by contacting us at [email protected] or by filling in the contact form.
Warning:
If the product sent under warranty is functional and free of defects, the applicant will have to pay:
–Tur-retur transportation costs
-Diagnostic costs set by the Service Department/Warranties
Section 2: Sending Equipment in for Service (In Warranty and Out of Warranty)
Mandatory: Fill in the Service Form
In order for the product to be accepted for service, you must fill in the service form before shipment.
Access and fill in the form here: Service Form .
The form must contain:
-Contact details (name, phone, e-mail)
-Product details (model, serial number, purchase invoice)
-Detailed description of the problem
-Accessories sent with the product
Products sent without this form completed will not be accepted for service.
How to Send the Product in for Service?
If the product is under warranty:
-Free shipping to DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L., Str. Dafinului, Nr. 5, Timișoara , noting that it is a product under warranty.
-Contact us on 0770 713 820 / 0772 047 330 / 0725 724 858 to request a pick-up from your address.
-We recommend insuring the parcel and packing it properly to prevent damage.
If the product is out of warranty:
-The transportation is paid by the customer.
-After receipt, the product will be diagnosed and the customer will receive an estimate of the repair cost.
-If you accept the repair, it will be carried out and the product will be returned to you.
-If you refuse the repair, the product will be returned to you without intervention, and the cost of transportation and diagnosis will be borne by you.
Personal delivery:
-Products can be brought directly to the Service/Warranty Department, Monday through Friday, between 9:30 and 18:30.
Terms and Conditions for Service
-For equipment under warranty, interventions are free of charge only if the defect falls within the warranty conditions. If the defect is not covered, the customer will be informed of the repair costs.
-If the product is tested and proves to be functional, without technical problems, the customer will pay:
-The cost of round-trip transportation
-Cost of diagnosis set by the Service Department
-Packaging of the product is the responsibility of the customer, and damage during transportation due to improper packaging is not the responsibility of Dentequip.
