Personal Delivery<\/h3>\n
The product can be delivered directly to the DENTEQUIP headquarters, Monday to Friday, between 09:30 AM\u201304:30 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\nPrior completion of the request on the online platform is mandatory even for personal delivery.<\/p>\n
3. Product Packaging<\/h2>\n
Do not send potentially biologically contaminated products before receiving instructions from DENTEQUIP.<\/strong> In the online request, it must be clearly stated whether the product has been used or has come into contact with a patient or with bodily fluids.<\/p>\nPlease pay special attention to product packaging. Improper packaging can cause damage to the equipment during handling and transport. <\/strong><\/p>\nBefore shipping:<\/p>\n
\n- use a sturdy box, suitable for the product’s dimensions and weight;<\/li>\n
- protect the product on all sides with cushioning materials;<\/li>\n
- fill empty spaces in the box so that the product cannot move;<\/li>\n
- protect fragile components and accessories separately;<\/li>\n
- disassemble and pack removable parts separately, if possible;<\/li>\n
- seal the box properly, using strong adhesive tape;<\/li>\n
- for fragile or high-value products, we recommend insuring the package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Packaging and protection of the product are the client’s responsibility. Damages incurred during transport due to insufficient or improper packaging are not covered by warranty and cannot be attributed to DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L. <\/p>\n
DENTEQUIP reserves the right to photographically document the condition of the package and product upon receipt.<\/strong><\/p>\nCareful packaging helps avoid damage, delays, and additional costs.<\/p>\n
