According to current legislation, the consumer can cancel the order within 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Cancellation of purchase is applicable only to individual customers!
The applicant has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are canceling the purchase without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
The return of a product by legal entities can only be done with the express agreement of the Seller!
The return of unsealed consumable products is not accepted.
Regardless of the situation, the product return procedure requires notifying the Seller before sending the product, through a message describing the reason for the return, sent to the email address [email protected]
When sending the package, the Buyer can use the following return label model: Form model.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at product delivery. The return will be refused if products are damaged or if the Seller determines they are in an unsaleable condition. Products must be returned through the shipping service approved by the Seller, to the business address at Timisoara, Chișodei St. No. 81.
The Buyer can opt for a full refund of the value or replacement with another product.
If replacement with a more expensive product is agreed upon, the Buyer will pay the price difference, and if the value of the replacement product is lower, they will receive a partial refund accordingly.
All return and transport costs will be borne by the Buyer.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the bank account requested by the buyer, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the products.
For orders paid by card, the refund will be processed through the same channel and into the account from which the payment was received.
Please note:
• the returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, in the original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documents.
• return costs will be borne by the client, according to art.14 of GEO 34/2014, and the refund of the product’s value will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
• if the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, the law allows for a fee to be charged to restore it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or at the client’s option, we will resend the product at their expense. This clause applies according to GEO no. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products online using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in article 14.
In case of defects (hidden manufacturing defects, transport damage, malfunctioning functionalities, missing components), the total transport cost will be covered by Dental Equipment Store SRL.
In accordance with the new ANMDM regulations, the buyer is obliged to provide the ANMDM control authorities with the CE Certificates, the declaration of conformity for each medical device, along with the seller’s approval from where the product was purchased.
