IMPORTANT! HOW TO PREPARE THE SPACE FOR DENTAL UNIT INSTALLATION?

Installation conditions:
-The space intended for installing the dental unit must be properly set up and prepared according to the technical requirements for electrical power, water, compressed air, and drainage.
-Checking the connections and utilities before installing the unit is recommended to ensure correct and safe operation.

The Cingol X5+ Floor Type dental unit is designed for dental practices seeking a high level of ergonomics, organization, and comfort during treatment. The Floor Type configuration uses a floor-mounted technical cabinet and provides a well-organized workspace for both dentist and assistant.

The ARK control system with touchscreen, 9 memory programs, automatic ASTER disinfection system, rotating cuspidor, and integrated safety systems contribute to streamlined workflows and enhanced treatment safety.

Section 1: Sending Equipment Under Warranty

1. Shipping via Courier

Send the defective product along with a detailed description of the issue to the address: DENTAL EQUIPMENT STORE S.R.L., Chișodei Street, No. 81, Timișoara , attention Warranty/Service Department.
Contact DENTEQUIP at +40 722 884 606 / +40 770 713 820 for package pickup. Transportation is covered by DENTEQUIP if the product is under warranty.
We recommend insuring the package and proper packaging to prevent damage.

2. Personal Delivery

The product can be brought directly to the Service/Warranty Department, Monday-Friday, between 9:30 AM–4:30 PM.
Check the product warranty by contacting contact@dentequip.ro or filling out the contact form.

Note: If the product has no issues, the requester will be charged:

Round-trip transportation costs
Diagnostic costs set by the Service Department

Section 2: Sending Equipment for Service (Under Warranty and Out of Warranty)

Accessories sent with the product

Products without a completed form will not be accepted for service.

If the product is under warranty

Shipping is free to Dental Equipment Store SRL

If the product is out of warranty

Transportation is covered by the client.
After diagnosis, the client will receive a cost estimate.
Repair is done only with the client’s consent.
Refusal of repair implies returning the product without intervention.

Products can be brought directly to the headquarters between 9:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Terms and Conditions for Service

Free interventions are valid only for defects covered by warranty.
If the product is functional, the client bears transportation and diagnostic costs.
Packaging the product is the client’s responsibility.
Damage caused by improper packaging is not covered by Dental Equipment Store SRL

THE BUYER CAN REQUEST THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE STORE DENTEQUIP.RO IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

The products do not comply with the specifications on the site. If the buyer, upon receiving the package, considers that the received product does not meet the specifications on the site, they should contact the Seller to clarify the reported issues, as, according to the site’s Terms and Conditions, product descriptions may be incomplete due to space and/or information structure reasons. If a clear non-conformity with the specifications on the site is found, the Buyer is obliged to report the non-conformity within a maximum of 24 hours, and they can opt for replacement with another product or full refund of the paid amount.
Products were delivered incorrectly by the Seller. In case of delivery of a different product or quantity, you must report the incident to the Seller within 24 hours to resolve the issue. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer can opt for replacement with another product or full refund of the value.
Products prove to be non-functional within the first 48 hours of receipt (two working days).The Buyer can report this within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt date and can request the return of the product for replacement with a new product. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer can opt for replacement with another product or full refund of the value.

According to current legislation, the consumer can cancel the order within 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Cancellation of purchase is applicable only to individual customers!

The applicant has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are canceling the purchase without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

The return of a product by legal entities can only be done with the express agreement of the Seller!

The return of unsealed consumable products is not accepted.

Regardless of the situation, the product return procedure requires notifying the Seller before sending the product, through a message describing the reason for the return, sent to the email address contact@dentequip.ro

When sending the package, the Buyer can use the following return label model: Form model.

Products must be returned in the condition they were received, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at product delivery. The return will be refused if products are damaged or if the Seller determines they are in an unsaleable condition. Products must be returned through the shipping service approved by the Seller, to the business address at Timisoara, Chișodei St. No. 81.

The Buyer can opt for a full refund of the value or replacement with another product.

If replacement with a more expensive product is agreed upon, the Buyer will pay the price difference, and if the value of the replacement product is lower, they will receive a partial refund accordingly.

All return and transport costs will be borne by the Buyer.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the bank account requested by the buyer, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the products.

For orders paid by card, the refund will be processed through the same channel and into the account from which the payment was received.

Please note:

• the returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, in the original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documents.
• return costs will be borne by the client, according to art.14 of GEO 34/2014, and the refund of the product’s value will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
• if the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, the law allows for a fee to be charged to restore it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or at the client’s option, we will resend the product at their expense. This clause applies according to GEO no. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products online using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in article 14.

In case of defects (hidden manufacturing defects, transport damage, malfunctioning functionalities, missing components), the total transport cost will be covered by Dental Equipment Store SRL.

In accordance with the new ANMDM regulations, the buyer is obliged to provide the ANMDM control authorities with the CE Certificates, the declaration of conformity for each medical device, along with the seller’s approval from where the product was purchased.
