Support and training for dental 3D printer use
With the purchase of 3D printers sold by Dentequip, customers receive free access to a hands-on course organized at Dentequip Academy in Timișoara.
The course is exclusively focused on training for the use of the 3D printer and associated equipment. Information provided includes:
* printer setup and use
* file preparation for printing
* resin selection and use
* printing settings and parameters
* maintenance and upkeep
* identifying and troubleshooting printing issues
* practical recommendations and workflow optimization
The support provided strictly refers to the production stage and equipment use, namely how an already created file can be prepared and printed correctly.
Digital dental design, CAD modeling, dental anatomy, or prosthetic work fabrication are not included. These activities fall under the training and competencies of the dental technician or dentist and require dedicated specialization courses.
Training is conducted exclusively in person at Dentequip Academy headquarters in Timișoara and is not available as a video recording.
Separately, users may opt for access to a dedicated support group for technical discussions regarding 3D printer use. Access to this group is available for a fee and is independently managed by an experienced specialist in the field.
Billing and administration of this service are handled directly by the training and technical support provider, without Dentequip’s involvement in the billing or commercial organization of this service.
The group is exclusively for technical questions related to printer use and the 3D printing process.
PioNext Mini is a complete all-in-one solution for dental 3D printing, designed for maximum efficiency in the practice or laboratory. The system integrates printing, cleaning, and curing into an optimized digital workflow, significantly reducing dental production time.
Thanks to its compact design (comparable to half an A4 sheet) and 9K high-resolution LCD technology, the printer delivers high precision, fast printing speed, and consistent results for a wide range of dental applications, including chairside work.

According to current legislation, the consumer can cancel the order within 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Cancellation of purchase is applicable only to individual customers!
The applicant has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are canceling the purchase without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
The return of a product by legal entities can only be done with the express agreement of the Seller!
The return of unsealed consumable products is not accepted.
Regardless of the situation, the product return procedure requires notifying the Seller before sending the product, through a message describing the reason for the return, sent to the email address contact@dentequip.ro
When sending the package, the Buyer can use the following return label model: Form model.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at product delivery. The return will be refused if products are damaged or if the Seller determines they are in an unsaleable condition. Products must be returned through the shipping service approved by the Seller, to the business address at Timisoara, Chișodei St. No. 81.
The Buyer can opt for a full refund of the value or replacement with another product.
If replacement with a more expensive product is agreed upon, the Buyer will pay the price difference, and if the value of the replacement product is lower, they will receive a partial refund accordingly.
All return and transport costs will be borne by the Buyer.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the bank account requested by the buyer, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the products.
For orders paid by card, the refund will be processed through the same channel and into the account from which the payment was received.
Please note:
• the returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, in the original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documents.
• return costs will be borne by the client, according to art.14 of GEO 34/2014, and the refund of the product’s value will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
• if the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, the law allows for a fee to be charged to restore it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or at the client’s option, we will resend the product at their expense. This clause applies according to GEO no. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products online using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in article 14.
In case of defects (hidden manufacturing defects, transport damage, malfunctioning functionalities, missing components), the total transport cost will be covered by Dental Equipment Store SRL.
In accordance with the new ANMDM regulations, the buyer is obliged to provide the ANMDM control authorities with the CE Certificates, the declaration of conformity for each medical device, along with the seller’s approval from where the product was purchased.
