THE BUYER CAN REQUEST THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE SHOP DENTEQUIP.RO IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- The products do not comply with the specifications on the website. In the event that the buyer, at the time of receiving the parcel, considers that the product received does not comply with the specifications on the website, he/she shall contact the Seller in order to clarify the issues raised, since, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the website, the description of the products may be incomplete for reasons related to space and/or structure of the information. In the event of a clear non-conformity with the specifications provided on the website, the Buyer is obliged to report the non-conformity within a maximum of 24 hours, and may choose to replace the product with another product or for a full refund.
- The products were wrongly delivered by the seller. In case of delivery of another product or in another quantity, you must report the incident to the Seller within 24 hours to resolve the incident. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer may choose to replace it with another product or for a full refund.
- The products prove to be non-functional within 48 hours of receipt (two working days).The buyer may complain about this within 48 hours from the date of receipt and request the return of the product for replacement with a new product. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer may choose to replace it with another product or receive a full refund.
The return of unsealed consumables is not accepted.
In any case, the procedure for returning products involves notifying the Seller before sending the product, by a message describing the cause of the return, sent to the e-mail address [email protected].
When sending the parcel, the Buyer can use the following return label template : Template form.
Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, accompanied by all accessories and documents received on delivery.
Returns will be refused in the event of damage to the products or in the event that the Seller finds the products to be unsaleable.
The products will be returned by courier service agreed by the Seller, to the address of the working point in Timisoara, Str. Dafinului Nr.5
The buyer can choose to have the full amount refunded or to replace it with another product. If the replacement with a more expensive product is agreed, the Buyer will pay the difference in price or, if the value of the replacement product is lower, will receive the corresponding partial refund. All return and shipping costs will be borne by the Seller.
